One route for everything: a privacy or deletion request, a billing question, a security report, an accessibility barrier, a legal notice, a copyright complaint, a report of illegal content, or a bot that is behaving oddly. You do not need an account to use it.

What to expect, by topic

Support topics, what each covers, and the response time for each
TopicUse it forWe respond within
Privacy and data Access, correction, export or deletion of your data; questions about the privacy notice. No account required. 30 days, usually sooner
Security A vulnerability, an exposed credential, or anything you think is a security problem. Please do not test against other people's bots. 2 working days
Accessibility A barrier that stops you using the product, or a request for information in another format. See the accessibility statement. 5 working days
Billing Plans, invoices, refunds, or anything about a payment. See pricing for what is currently available. 2 working days
A specific bot A bot answering wrongly or holding content it should not. The bot's owner controls its knowledge and is the faster fix — tell us if you cannot reach them. 5 working days
Illegal content Content on a bot you believe is unlawful — not merely disagreeable. This is the formal notice-and-action route, and it asks for a few extra details. Receipt acknowledged, then assessed without undue delay
Something else Sales, partnerships, press, or a question that fits nowhere above. 5 working days

Points of contact

Users
This form, using the Legal topic, or the operator email above. Both reach a person directly — no automated tool stands in the way, and no account is needed.
Authorities
The operator email above, or this form using the Legal topic. Please put Authority request in the subject so it is not triaged as a general enquiry.
Language
English, for both. We will do our best with a notice in another language, but English is the only one we can promise to handle correctly.

Reporting illegal content or a copyright infringement

Bots on this platform are filled with content by their owners, not by us. We host it. If you believe something a bot holds is unlawful, or infringes a right you hold, use the Illegal content or Copyright topic below — those two routes ask for four extra things, and a report missing any of them is one we cannot act on:

  • Why it is unlawful — a substantiated explanation, in enough detail that we can assess it without guessing what you mean. "This is illegal" is not one.
  • Where it is — the exact web address of the content, starting with https://. One notice per location.
  • Who you are — your name and an email address we can reply to.
  • A good-faith statement — that what you have told us is accurate and complete.

The name and email are not required where the report concerns an offence under Articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU — child sexual abuse material. If that is what you are reporting and you do not want to identify yourself, send it to the operator email at the top of this page instead of using the form.

What happens next: we acknowledge receipt to the address you give, without undue delay. We then decide what to do about the content in a timely and diligent way, not arbitrarily, and on objective grounds — the same way for the same kind of report, whoever sends it. You are told the outcome and the grounds for it. If we restrict or remove content, the owner who uploaded it is told why, so that they can respond.

Two things this route is not. It is not a way to remove an answer you disagree with — a bot answering badly is the A specific bot topic, and its owner is the faster fix. And a notice that is knowingly false is itself a problem: we keep what you send.

Send a message

Only the message itself is required. Leave the email field blank if you do not want a reply — an accessibility report is worth having either way. The two notice topics (Copyright and Illegal content) are the exception: those ask for a few more details, and the form says so when you pick one.

Picks the queue and the response time. The table above says which is which.

Only used to reply to you. Leave it blank to send anonymously.

What happened, what you expected, and which page you were on if it is about a bug.

Faster than writing to us

  • How something worksthe help pages cover setup, embedding, access control, invites and billing troubleshooting.
  • Delete your own data — the chat's own "delete my data" control removes your conversations with a bot, and account settings deletes the whole account.
  • Change what a bot knows — that is the bot owner's admin console, not ours.
